TeamCommunications is led by John Faulkes.
 John
is an organisation and team performance development specialist from
Sussex, UK. His background is as a scientist in the Pharmaceutical
Industry. He's worked with organisations worldwide in a variety
of industry sectors.
His particular interest is working with culture change - changing
behaviours across an organisation in order to change and achieve
new goals.
He also has much expertise working with complex organisations -
those which employ cross-functional project/line structures, are
made up of people with widely varying disciplines, or are bureaucratic,
changing, and highly political!

Louise Whitehead
Louise is a business improvement and change specialist with
a background in the food and leisure sector. She was appointed
the first female HR director within Whitbread plc. As a consultant
she has led major change programmes in consumer goods, automotive,
pharmaceutical and large public sector organisations. |

Ralph White
Ralph is a qualified pharmacist with a doctorate in pharmacology.
He has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for many years,
as a scientist, project manager and learning and development
specialist. He is an expert in organisational approaches to
pharmaceutical product development.
