About Us
Our integrated approach - what do we mean by this?
One of the issues that many organisations face is confusion
and overlap between different projects and change initiatives. To
some extent this is an inevitable thing - we can't make it go away
, but we do not add to it!
A real problem is the delivery of 'isolated' training events. Many
participants question the their value of when it comes to real work.
It's going to be much better for you (and probably more cost-effective
too) if you allow us to explore ways to integrate training and work
together. This may even mean abandoning traditional training events
and working with the team in work meetings - whatever is most appropriate.
Another real problem, especially in large organisations, is that
new initiatives often compete with each other, rather than building
on what's there already. Our aim is to help you learn, not sell
our own theories! In particular:
- If you already have a 'model' approach that you use for meetings
conduct, teamwork planning, and so on, we will work in harmony
with it.
- If you have an existing change initiative running, we don't
want to compete with it. Let us know about it, let us talk to
people, and anything that we do will be complimentary.
In summary - we work to integrate People, Processes and Systems.
