Facilitated meetings and team reviews

Teams can learn at meetings! You can get help in making meetings run more effectively, and get more achieved! The facilitator can then lead review sessions at the end to capture learning for the future. This option is extremely cost effective, and requires next to no time spent 'away' from work activities. But it still leads to real improvements, and behaviour changes that can stick.

A facilitator can help you to get maximal effectiveness from video and tele conferences. Many regard these media as difficult to use productively, but often quite small and easy to apply changes in behaviours will transform them.

Team meetings will probably be the ideal forum for transferring learning. A proper development process will have regular review of the use of new skills and action plans. A facilitator can be of great help in leading reviews and generating a constructive analysis of successes and remaining problems.
