Preparing for the Meeting
All of the Project Team members seem to have availability in the coming week - so it will be easy to organise a meeting with them.

 

 

 

 


At the outset - you must consider the objectives of the meeting!
Do you really need one? Would a one-to-one or a 'phone conference suffice? Just because everyone is available doesn't mean that you ought to meet.

Consider - what do we need to achieve? What are the outcomes? Do they require us to be together?

Booking the meeting

When booking a meeting by email, you need to be clear on:

Preparing the Agenda

Of course, the key item people think about when planning a meeting is the Agenda. It's a vital document! This is the draft agenda you have prepared for the meeting next week.
