'Mentoring Skills' e-Learning Package

This short package features:

• A reality-based simulation - it places you as a virtual consultant to Bob, a manager taking on a new mentoring relationship.
• Interactive questions / feedback, plus simple and easy-to-digest advice.
• The materials are simple, quick to download, and will run on any Intranet, or from a CD. No web server programming is required.

This demo will start you off with a short Test (!). Then we'll take you to the 'Getting started' section. Then on to two vital skills: 'Questioning and Listening' and 'Giving Feedback'.
