Coaching questionnaire -Detail of the Expert Report

The report draws conclusions from across all of the questions, as well as identifying the scale of gaps between managers and 360 assessors' views (if used). You would receive feedback in four sections:

  1. Overall summary - your typical style
  2. Your appreciation of the value of coaching to the organisation and your current orientation towards it
  3. How much you understand the ways that people learn and develop
  4. Your practical coaching skills at present

The report can be retrieved from the system at any time, and printed if required.

Screen shot 1: Some of the results are presented in helpful matrix 'scatter' charts such as the one below. (Note that manager results are presented in dark blue and team member assessors' results - in orange.

 

 

Screen shot 2: Some results are presented as sliding scales, showing which approaches and styles managers think they lean towards, and whether this is agreed with by others.

 

 

Screen shot 1: Some results are presented as histograms, where the magnitude of manager views of themselves and assessors' views can be directly compared. At places in the report the system highlights where there are significant gaps between the two!
