Coaching questionnaire -Detail of the Expert
Report
The report draws conclusions from across all of the questions,
as well as identifying the scale of gaps between managers and 360
assessors' views (if used). You would receive feedback in four sections:
- Overall summary - your typical style
- Your appreciation of the value of coaching
to the organisation and your current orientation towards it
- How much you understand the ways that people learn and
develop
- Your practical coaching skills at present
The report can be retrieved from the system at any time, and printed
if required.
