Coaching questionnaire -A flexible system!
Technical issues - the system is entirely web-based. Hosted externally
and securely.
Users of it must register. Emails are sent to the given address
with an activation code. But once this is done, people can login
from work or from home.
One of the best and most friendly aspects is its main menu (see
screen shot below). Managers can initialise a full 360 analysis
straight away, or take the questionnaire, get a report, then add
360 assessors at a later time.
The system we designed for our corporate client requires a minimum
of 2 assessors to be selected and a maximum of 4. However we can
customise it for you so that (within reason!) you can specify more
assessors.
