The package is in several sections, as you can see from the sidebar menu.

A key feature of the package is simulated conversations between the key subject, Paul, and his colleague, and then his line manager. these play in sound as well as visuals. Sound is not vital however.

Typically, each conversation leads to a dilemma that Paul has to think about. Options are provided and feedback on each is given.

Conversations can be stopped and replayed easily.

Each section contains summaries and explanations - both of key learning points and of your organisations' models and systems. These can be customised for you, or you can have a generic version.
The package explains things like rating mechanisms, cross-organisation distribution. Once again this can be customised to you.
The package does address the issues of confidence and approach, often felt by appraisees. It encourages them to take a proactive part in appraisal, and not just to rely on line managers (who are always busy!)
