Multi-User Team Version
Using this version you can get your whole team's view of its effectiveness,
which can be a valuable way to begin discussion and team development.
It is presented in a simple, easy to understand way.
To do this, one person must act as the 'sponsor' - who will lead
the process. If this is not yourself, please ask the team leader
or whoever else is responsible, to look at this page.
At present, this analysis, as with the single user version, is
free to use. However, we do ask that it is being used legitimately,
and we need you to give us some information before you begin.
For a whole team to complete team.check, you, or somebody has to
act as the 'sponsor' - who will lead the process. If this is not
yourself, please ask the team leader or whoever else is sponsoring
the process, to look at this page.
Overview of the process - four easy steps
- You should ensure that you have reached agreement with the team
to do this analysis.
- You input some initial details on a form you'll see when you
click the 'request' link below.
- We will then send you a link to the page where you initialise
the analysis.
- You will receive instructions to send on to all your team members;
they will complete questionnaires; you will recieve a notification
and a link to the team results, which you can print off.
Note: august 2005 - Unfortunately, the multi-user analysis is
being re-written at present, and is unavailable. Contact
us if you'd like to be informed when it is ready for use.
Important Notes:
- Team.check is designed as a tool to begin a process of discussion
and development, and is not a 'stand alone' solution!
- It is designed to be used in a trusting environment. Yourself
and team members will not be able to check up on each other's
individual answers.
- We do not keep the results on file. The information stored in
order to process your results is erased after the analysis is
complete.
